[help] Webmaster Email?
Ok so if anyone can help me with this that'd be great!
I want to make a webmaster email
e.g.- [email protected]
I tried going through the GoDaddy email setting this and I got the email made but this error comes up:
"(Pending Setup: validating MX record)"
I emailed support and they said I need to change the MX and the Cname settings.
How do I do this with GoDaddy?

Hey, welcome to TWF
Why does my email account show that it is Pending Setup: MX Error?
There is a full description of how to do it in the above link, though post back if you still have issues or get stuck with their description.

I already looked at that but what I needed to know is how I get to where I can change the MX Records. I know what to change them to, I just don't know WHERE to change them?

OK.
If your site is hosted with Godaddy (I believe it is from reading your first post) then use the following links:
Creating MX Records
Updating Your MX Records
I have domains with them but don't have a site hosted there (in my domain account it says "Total DNS: (Not hosted here)") so I cannot personally assist with the procedure, but both those links seem pretty informative for the two procedures.
If the site is hosted elsewhere then you will have to tell us where it is hosted, what admin control is installed - i.e. Plesk, Cpanel etc

Ok my forum is hosted with SMF For Free. When I asked them about this they said I needed to add the webmaster email through my domain provider.
I have a domain with GoDaddy but my actual website is hosted with smfforfree.

You would have to go to cpanel.yourdomain.com - but I don't know, seeing as you're on godaddy. :S
