HELP !!! - domain transfer

I have a problem !!! Anybody could help me???
I intend to transfer my domanin but the one's where I first registred it, doesn't want to give me the administration details for transfer. I mean, my domain is blocked by them. After a month of begging I didn't get any answer from them.
What can I do and what advice you got for me so I could transfer my domain?
