I own Text-Ads.com and over the last few weeks I had many enquiries about this domain.. I've just spoke with a representative with textlinkbrokerage.com and they are "extreamly interested" in this domain.

I'm not quite sure what this domain is worth? Who knows of a good domain appaisal company that is not too expensive? or what a good price for this domain?

I want to get a fair price for the domain but at the sametime I don't want to give up something too cheap.

Any Help would be great... Thanks in advance.

First tell them you want a $1000 for it, and say you wont settle for less than that. If they buy it then you just earned some money if they don't, send another email to them saying you will lower the price because you like them, $800 then repeat the steps if it doesn't work for 800 bucks Laughing out loud

Go for gold.
There are people asking the earth for some domain names and people must buy them.
Tell them you've had other interests as well and are thinking about putting it up for tender and if they like they can get the ball rolling. Don't mention any figures and see what they offer you.
You can always say no

Thanks for the responses... I'm going to try to put the ball back into their court to see if they will give me a blind offer. I've got to a couple of free Internet domain name appraisal sites like swiftappraisal.com and they gave me some quote like $40,000-$60,000. I gotten some other quotes form people that range from $750-$25,000 in other forums. I forwarded them all the information and I made them aware that there were other interested parties (which there is) and said I was more confused now for an asking price and what he/his company offer me... So lets see what happens.

Thanks for your thoughts and let me know if you have any more..

Just don't get greedy. I know of a few people who have lost out on large amounts of cash because they thought that the domain was worth thousands, the fact of the matter is, a domain name is only worth the original registration fee *unless* someone really wants it, even then it's only worth what *they* are willing to pay. If you get your money back and a bit of profit you should be satisfied.
