Is this good plan?

Me and myfriend are thinking of buying this plan and using it for reselling. I've looked at thier reselling plans but they all are too much for our taste. We would like to start with something cheap and easy.

If your starting off you might want to get a host that offers better support, a 1800 number maybe? They seem like over sellers to me
