good IIS hosting?

what's a good company for IIS hosting and a good yearly price for it? I need to provide hosting for a MS SQL2000 database. Your suggestions are much appreciated.

I need 400 MB of Space
9 Gigs of Transfer
unlimited Email Accounts
at least 15 MB of SQL Space
