I have just bought a domain from a godaddy customer so i have also just registered. The transfer went smoothly, however i have now changed the nameservers to point at the website i want it to but it is not working. Im getting a black screen....error message, server not found.

I changed the nameserver about 10-12 hours ago as well. When i do a whois check the nameservers are correct however, it is stating that the domain name is parked? But on the godaddy control panel it is saying there are no parked domains.????

If anyone has experience with godaddy i would appreciate some help if possble.

Also if anyone knows if it is possible to transfer a godaddy domain to 123-reg that would be even more help?

When you get a domain on GoDaddy, it automatically parks it to the default nameservers so they can show their ads on your domain until you change your nameservers. If you are still seeing the parked page, try clearing your local DNS cache.

Nope, your local cache is on your local computer Smiling.

Assuming you're running Windows XP, run this command to give it a flush:

ipconfig /flushdns

If that doesn't work, you may want to try restating your computer (I know that sounds weird, but sometimes I have to do that to reset my connection)
