FREEHOSTS - Drawbacks?

I have a free host (freewebs) but with a paid domain name. I was wondering if this is likely to affect what google etc thinks of me?

Google has just indexed my site (the main page and two others) and although my main page come up with my .com name the other two come up with my freewebs name i.e

http://examplewhatever.com
blah blah blah
freewebs.com/folder/pagename.htm

instead of

http://examplewhatever.com
blah blah blah
examplewhatever.com/pagename.htm

First does anyone know why? Will it perhaps take time to update or is it the way of freehosts or indeed freewebs.

Second, will freeweb be ignored or pushed down by google for being free?

Any help appreciated in this one.
