(seem like its the right place to post this here)

i am very new to free hosting service, and its a very tricky business as i seen. Here is what i 'planning'
(not promoting myself, i not yet have this service)...

"100MB of free hosting space, 1GB bandwidth, cpanel, fantastico, pop email, Mysql, PHP for sure, etc etc. But, with ads on footer, no other ads, no forum posting. Will this free hosting be attractive enough?

...and As per your experience or opinion, how many signup will i gain per mth??

1GB bandwidth is very little. I undersatnd it's a free hosting but still.

In all honesty, 1Gb is enough for the kind of websites that use free hosting. It'll mostly be people having their first try at building a website so things like mysql and php probably won't be necessary.

Although having mysql and php is a good option to have for budding users, so they can practice installing scripts, I think this is a good call. Your membership will pick up with time...

thanks demonhale... i purposely put in the mysql and php. this is crucial now aday to make a active site. not a static html.

At the footer I would place a combination of a row of adwords (or the like) and text links immediately below that.
