I think http://www.cjb.net too! Haven't tried though!

I love hypermart they are great. My website BDVnet - http://www.bdvnet.com , I just got finished a couple weeks ago and it's hosted on hypermart and it's always fast and working.
In my opnion they are the most reliable and best free hosting company there is.
