FFmpeg on shared account?
I have found that cirtexhosting.com and apthost.com support that and just interested in comparing them.
What you can say about each of them?
Any help will be highly appreciated

I don't know these hosts.
I am using ffmpeg at Hot Drupal (they also have "Hybrid VPS" - an interesting concept)
I installed ffmpeg at BlueHost but it did not function properly and admin said they do not support it.

The Shared is not enough for quality streming site. I guess you meed something witha dedicated resources. Also, some companies like santrex.net, provide NSV-hosting, what enables to get an account for streaming namely and narrowly. Cheaper than dedi, and also good for getting traffic.

Apthost.com provides ffmpeg hosting that supports all scripts requiring the use of FFmpeg such as, ClipShare, PHPmotion, etc. Their servers are fully optimized to run FFmpeg flawlessly and stream your videos instantaneously.

There is a possibility of qualified ffmpeg hosting at ServerPoint.com. Reliable company with good reputation, great prices, and wide selection of plans, application support, control panels and platforms.
However, I suppose share hosting will be not enough for you.

If you ask me, I'd go with apthost.com as their plans are more resourceful and prices are lower. Their FFmpeg Hosting supports all scripts requiring the use of FFmpeg such as, ClipShare, PHPmotion and more and their servers are fully optimized to run FFmpeg flawlessly and stream your videos instantaneously.

That is only my opinion but I think shared account is not enough for full-fledged video streaming - it has many limits in resources and other features needed. It is better to get a dedicated server.
Moreover I think you should use some tested and trusted company like ServerPoint.com for example.

Of course all depend on the size you are going to stream. That is very important. But sometimes with small needs for that on the shared web hosting that becomes useful. Look at cirtex or apthost.com (actually they are one of the most popular for this content type) - you will see they offer not much but the main thing is that it is allowed and that big +.
My 2 cents

It seems to me that VPS hosting solution would be much more better, as it is faster and has more useful features. As for recommendation, check out exmasters.com VPS hosting offers - it has some specails on this hosting solution.

In any case apthost.com is well-known as the company that provides their services on a quality level. Besides, their prices are cheap and support team is well-skilled. So, the main advantage of using its hosting services is that you will never have problems to solve, or if some problems appear, well-trained support staff will always assist you to get rid of them.
