if you are talking pulling images off a site on host A and using host B to display them, if host A is a quality host, it wont happen. most protect the images.

there is another one also that does not do banners it is liquidweb I believe not 100% sure though i know it has liquid in the name, you can also try searching for them.

I dont think anyone does. It somewhat defies the idea of free hosting being advert funded.

http://www.freewebz.com/ can do that so can Brinkster.com, you ahve 100mb with freewebz and 50mb for brinkster, take your pick
