Everyone.net - Email/Forums/Search Host
I recently signed up with everyone.net and it is a great service but I noticed a few things that could be fixed up. Some of the text was unreadable in the messages. I went to their Feedback and Enhancment forum. I posted a message saying if there would be anyway for them to make the text bigger. Well they called me up on the phone. I thought they were going to ask me just what I meant. Instead of a friendly person helping me out, I got a person named **** who told me there would be no way to have the text bigger. He also asked me if I understood why this couldn't be like this and said that I shouldn't make suggestions that couldn't be done. That took me by surprise. Other companies support staff are nice and help you out. This guy was rude.
Do all places take suggestions as bad as this place?
My advice if you signup with everyone.net,
don't post any suggestions in the suggestion forum.
I know people from everyone.net will read this and reply. So please, reply away.

I wouldn't sign up with everyone.net even if they pay me. I do dislike rudeness.
