I have an account with them, and they're so good I'll be opening another one soon. Excellent support, great prices, reliable/fast servers.
They're a great choice
Hope this helps!

I have to agree with Stefen and JP.
They are the best I have come across and I just love their support: It's fast and no bull.
It's the same way with the entire operation. They know what they do and most of all: I trust them! and that's a first for me when it comes to hosts.
Thanks!

To be homest I can not praise them enough - but to be brief I will say that they were (and thus now hosts) my hosting company choice for these forums.
10/10!

I use them but I am getting a bit annoyed off with them.
Their online support is non existant and even their own site is not complete. Have a look at http://www.discc.com/ which was supposed to be up and running by Sept 99.

The name for our online support center, DISCC, has been scrapped, as all of our clients know. All of our clients were informed via e-mail that we would be changing the name to my.dids.com which would hopefully be up by the end of October 1999.
The delay was because we took on a major network upgrade which involved physically moving all of our servers to a new NOC on the other side of the country unfortunatly. We have spread this out over four weeks because we didn't want to cause downtime for any of our clients (which to this point, has been accomplished). We could be like other hosts and just unplug the servers and move them, giving you 12-24 hours of downtime, but we decided against that for our clients sake.
Because of this network upgrade, our programming staff has been involved in other projects which took them off of my.dids.com. We had two options: 1) Leave the programming staff on my.dids.com and let our network continue to grow old (this involved leaving our servers in the old NOC which was not a good choice) or 2) Take the programming staff off of my.dids.com for four weeks to make this move possible. We obviously chose #2 because stability and reliability in our services is more important to us (and our clients hopefully) than any online support center.
Now, with that said, my.dids.com is under programming hands once again. The release date isn't going to be in Sept. 1999 as you are well aware, but it will be in the near future. As we have always promoted, any question that would be resolved via our online support center can be e-mailed to [email protected] and it will be taken care of promptly.
Sorry to all for making the long post, but I felt compelled to defend DIS
