Domain Name Transfer Help !!!

My friend owns a Company, but some webmaster bought his domain name for him. NOW the company wants to switch servers and have total control over the domain name and hosting. Heres the PRoblem:

The webamster is the TECHNICAL contact and the company is the ADMIN contact. SO basically the webmaster is refusing to reply to the domain name transfer. Is there any possible way I can help my freind transfer this domain name. Is there a way areound the TECHNICAL contact replying???? besides a court battle.

well what u can do this goto w-w.namecheap.com open a account transfer some funds (8.88USD) and then transfer your domain to namecheap. it will requests it and then you will recieve a email to confirm it , after 3 / 4 days domain is transfered and saved you a court battle Smiling
