Not sure what platform and hardware that you require, anyway there's a thread about the types of dedicated servers available in the market and Hosts providing their services on dedicated servers:
I can recommend RackSpace.com. I have several friends who use them for dedicated servers and I know one of my favorite sites uses them. While I don't personally use them because I don't yet have a use for a dedicated server, they seem to be pretty decent.

I contacted Burlee.com about it and they do. I think that my host westhost.com also does dedicated hosting.
