Connecting to United.Colo

I´ve just received my server information from unitedcolo.com but I don´t know how can I connect to the server and begin to transfer my files... any suggestion? that´s from the email they send to me:

Quote: Your server is now ready. To login, please use TS to connect to your server

So, what´s TS?

That is from the Customer Service part of your host's site. But I don't understand why you wouldn't just email them back and ask. That way others won't be confused by their poor communication. Good luck.

I´ve seen on their page this information... but since my DNS aren´t update to the new server I can´t use this way... Sad
