cold fusion hosting???
hi
i'm looking for a good web host offering cold fusion services. can anyone please recommend any good cf hosts??
i would need the following:
- 100 mb storage space
- 5-10 gb monthly transfer
- 99% uptime guarantee
- ca. 5 pop3 e-mail accounts
- autoresponders, forwarding, aliases
- catch-all e-mail address
- cold fusion 4.5 !!!
- databases via odbc, sql or mysql
- ssi server side includes
- own cgi-bin directory
- custom 404 error pages
- unlimited ftp access
- multiple domain names
- subdomains
- access to raw log files
does anyone got any experience with hosts like communitech.net, frontserve.com or pwebtech.com? are they any good??

I have not used or heard any feedback about the hosts that you mentioned. Check here for Coldfusion (and other) host info.

You might check out http://www.datapipe.com/coldfusionhosting.htm A fried of mine has a account and said they are pretty good with ccustomer service & responce time.

I've personally had good luck with CommuniTech. However there are plenty of horror stories about the floating about. Do a search for them here on TWF - You'll find all kinds of stuff. I haven't used any of the others you listed.

i searched a bit further and i probably will sign up with crystaltech.com or with cosmotek.net, both offer almost the same and are recommended by lots of users.
