Cobalt Raq platform and this Host
Can anyone say anything good/bad about Raq3/4i dedicated servers, especially with regards to this host:

I could use about 50gb/month bandwidth, but my profit margins don't allow me for anything over $200/month (lack of advertising is hurting, even though my site is solid and most of the traffic is off low-graphic page views).
I'm not even sure what kind of CPU can handle the traffic (my page's most advanced feature is basically SSI, no exotic CGI, but I would like some CGI code perhaps).
Any good advice would be nice.

The Cobalt’s are great for standard HTTP, FTP, and mail server protocols. They’ll support standard PHP, mySQL, CGI (perl), SSI, SSL, ChiliSoft ASP, etc and run well for the price. I’d suggest a RaQ 3 or 4 (both are AMD X86 rather then a MIPP processor) but otherwise it should work fine for a site with your bandwidth.
The two problems I’ve found with the RaQ’s (this may be fixed in the RaQ4) is that you cannot process PHP securely (through SSL) and when you setup site mirrors (ServerAlias) through the admin it causes hell - works fine manually though.
On the flip side a standard LINUX box is not a whole lot more. You don’t need anything spectacular - in fact a Celeron system would probably do it.
