I just left them... I was with them through a reseller and would send a question to [email protected]... I would send a detailed explanation of the problem and receive a response within 12-24 hours. A response that showed they read about 5 words and then shotgunned an answer... I would immediately fire off a reply explaining that I already tried what they proposed or that that they didn't understand the problem... and NEVER get a reply... This happened 4 different times... no lie.
When my webhost reseller decided to abandon their 'large account' reselling, I sent an e-mail to CI Host offering to stay with them if they would drop their $50 setup fee... after all, I was already there. All they would have to do is start billing me... (even the nameservers were already correct).
THEY NEVER RESPONDED.
Enough said?
Matt

I thought exactly the same about their support. The replies I received we short and meaningless. So I never looked at them again.
