CGI cart?

Hi can anyone tell me how to get hold of the following shopping cart for hosting/domain names. It would be ideal for my website and Iv seen it on a few other sites. Here is an EXAMPLE of one.

Anyone got any ideas, iv seen this cgi cart on a few web design sites. Just wondered where you can get it?

I found an ASP script here for checking domain availability that could be combined with other software. I haven't tried it out, though.
