No results on hostsearch.com or WebHostingTalk.com. Maybe they are a new host. In any case, you might want to check out hosthelp.com for a sample letter to email them, just to ensure they know what they are talking about. It's probably a good idea to ask for some testimonials and domains of current customers, so you can test the speed and find out what they think.
Good luck,
Brian

Nearly everyone is a reseller nowadays. There are not many that have there own servers setup since it is pretty capital intensive. There are different types of resellers. Some might be reselling for a reseller who is a reseller. Then you have those that buy dedicated servers. They don't own the servers and are technically resellers. You really just have to go for the one that offers the best service/reliability.
If you are interested in hosting with byz, why don't you talk to vegs? Most of us here don't have much info on them, so maybe he can convince you in the value of the company

I would disagree with this, hosting resellers take a pre-made hosting package and sell it on, usually under their own brandname. Those that lease / buy dedicated servers to offer hosting and create their own packages to sell are not resellers. Just because someone leases the tools to do a job does not make them a reseller.

Nope, haven't heard of them. You might try running a search for reviews on HostSearch.com or a similar site.
