Billing Software (is this the right place for this post?!?) - A discussion about software to bill yo
Hello
Well, this is a web hosting forum so i guess this post belongs here.
I just started my hosting business and i'm looking for a software that keeps track of the clients' accounts and billing cycles.
I have a demo of Optigold ISP. It's a good software but a bit too complicated and far too expensive.
Any other suggestions ?
Thanks,
Ricardo

Hi,
depending on what OS you prefer there are a lot of programs you could use.
For starters a "simple" spreadsheet application would be sufficient. (You can easily keep track of over 20 accounts that way.)
if you have (much) more accounts I would use a Database with a set of self developed and customized scripts around it.
Depending on what your "system" should be capable of that should be a two week job for one person.
And you can easily add features.
I would go for MySQL and some perl(+GTK ??) scripts.
ciao

I downloaded NTPaymaster to have a look at it .. but haven't had time yet. You can use it free up to 100 clients. Might be worth taking a look at:

NTPayMaster did not do the trick but I found a great site for a list of available products:
