Its seems that this company has been collecting yearly payments recently for offering cheap web hosting for fantastic features and have now disappeared with clients' money.

If you have just up sign up with them. IMMEDIATELY! notify your credit card office to stop payment.

This Host can be found at Hostsearch.com but I don't know whether they have now deleted it from their database records after getting the news.
