I spent a good 3 weeks researching this and I use xsession. They are very good, generally they are good, rated in the top twenty fastest hosting companies in the UK but if you want to use ASP, they are probably the best in the UK bar non and there prices start from 39 pounds per year (not per month !!!) and that is with unlimited bandwidth, which for a site which is consitantly quick is amazing. They also have good support, I asked them to give me access to the web logs (not usually in the lowest package) and they didn't mind giving me access and they did it in less than 2 hours.
