Any experienced with Superb.net or Pennyhost.com?

I'm looking for NT hosting, the Superb.net and Pennyhost.com sounds good to me(no extra charge for the bandwidth over usage, allow to use ASP/Access and less then $40). So I come to ask does anyone who have experienced with them. You can reply it at this forum or send me an e-mail at [email protected]. Also, other comments or suggestions are welcome.
