Is anyone currently using http://www.amhosting.net? I am thinking about becoming a reseller through them. What do you think?

What do you mean? I know they have been provide service for more then a year (thats as far back as I remember). And I've emailed their tech support a few times and received a reply in 20 minutes.

well i've come close several times to switching a site or two of mine over to their hosting, but i always get cool feet for the same reason you ask about them, little is known about them. their email responses seems to be fast but i'm looking for reliable hosting and i just haven't found enough credible testimonials to that fact.

I've been hosting with amhosting.com for almost 6 months now. Their service is totally amazing. A couple of hours response. The fee is really fair too. It's like doing business in small town America; not a lot of fanfare, but excellent service...

Ok, here's my story
About 6 months ago i started a web design and hosting company. At that time i spent days (yeah, days) online looking for a good reseller plan.
After a while my choice was reduced to two companies: amhosting.com and interactiveonline.net
I've e-mailed both companies a few times and amhosting replied only a few minutes latter, impressive. I think they have an excellent support.
But then after posting some questions on different boards regarding web hosting a support person from amhosting found out my icq number through my name and started...well... selling his product through ICQ.
Well, i know that there isn't something wrong about it but it didn't seem very "professional" if you know what i mean. Actually it bothered me...
Anyway, i've signed up with the other company and i'm very pleased with it.
The End

Howdy...
This discussion comes to me right on time
i use them as my host and here are my impressions:
1. Technical support - Excellent! they have technical support on icq too.
2. The prices are really cheap in compared to other companys.
Now the bad things..
3. I don't know if it's just me, but it's really really hard to upload files there, it can take a LOT of time and it's very frustrating. All i know is that on other websites of mine (on free webspace providers), uploading files is never a problem.
4. Once every 2-3 days the server goes down and it really gets on my nerves, it's sometimes olds back my site from growing.
If i'm already posting a message, can some1 recommend me of a host with a low price (up to 15$ per month) , 99% guranteed uptime, good technical support and all the regular features..
Best wishes

I am a reseller through them and their tech support (email) is fast (2 minutes). In all other respects they are no better and no worse than any other host. Yes their ftp and http can be fast or slow but I think that is just general net congestion.
