Are they reliable?

No they are very unreliable. I tried hosting through them it takes them about 4 days to respond to a simple e-mail. They dont answer thier phone either. They may be cheap but its not worth. Support is horrible at this moment. I have had 3 domains there hoping thier support would get better but i transferred them all outa there. If you want someone cheap try www.okayweb.com
Or if you are just intrested in anyone, www.tierranet.com is a great host.

ADDR is horrible. I use to have about 4 accounts with them. They take way to long to respond to things i need done. For instance, if you submit a e-mail to them with a problem or request or whatever, you maybe can expect a reply a week later. MAYBE!!

'GeniusWeb' you have your website on there, because YOU OWN THE 'COMPANY'. Why don't you try paying for advertising instead of replying with misleading information?

I've never been with Addr.com, but I've heard many horror stories about them. Remember, you get what you pay for...

You may want to research them further at Hostsearch.

Actually I've been with addr.com for about a year, you really get what you paid for.. tech support is nasty, sometimes they answer but the answer would be stupid, not related to the question, but sometimes they do get it right.

Like - hi I want to park a domain how do I do this?

they're answer - well you can e-mail us the info and we''ll charge you extra and blah blah blah.

Amazingly they answered in less than 24 hours.. WOW...
