CHeap hosting is nothing new. You get a lot of promises, sometimes you even get deceent services but it's generally not worth ones time.

Ted,
I think you'll find that we are different. We currently own and operate [removed: hosts are not allowed to post advertisments] and [removed: hosts are not allowed to post advertisments] both free hosting sites with no banners on user pages, With a combine total of over 100,000 users, so we have a little experience at this. Beyond that we already had the admin staff and support staff that was needed. The free hosting sites are doing we and we make much less than $4 per user per month.

KewlCars,
Being as that I use to work for the company that made your hosting backend, I don't think I have any need to establish my credentials here. Free hosting and paid hosting are entirely different things. When you're not paying for a hosting system, you don't expect to get as many features, down time isn't as bad and many other problems just seem to be accepted.
That being the case, low cost hosting is a much different field. Low cost hosting normally means a very limited account, which, for most people ends up being a huge problem. While the bulk of sites hardly use any space or bandwidth, many good sites try to get away with low priced hosting and find themselves wishing they'd choosen otherwise. While I am sure your service is great, I still stand by my claim that as good as you are, most low cost hosts are very, very bad and even the few good ones are mostly outgrown by their clients.
Whatever I feel, good luck with your siteand service, hopefully you will be able to proove me wrong.
P.S. Is megmaster your site or what?

wow, that's cheap.
like momma always says, if it's too good to be true it probably is, ecspecially when it doesn't have a track record (is new and untested).
good luck

$8 a month is about as low as i go currently, hopefully, a $4 a month host will prove reliable over time. then i'll go for $4 a month deal, hehe.

Typically you get what you pay for in hosting (and all of life for that matter).
It does depend on what you want out of the service of course but I would be careful about entrusting a major business web site to a $4/mo host. When you consider all the expenses of being a good host, at that rate it doesn't add up. (I don't know the particular host in question just speaking in generalities.)
