wordpress ultra minimalistic themes

I am looking for a very minimalistic wordpress theme where I can basically just write a title, very short decription about my blog and then just list the blog posts.

Something like this

Title
description
description

blog post 1
blog post 2
and so forth

Can anyone recommend themes that enable this kind of lay-out?
