Which logo do you like better?
Simple question - which logo do you like better? You can't see it in the "whole page" ... but I included some surrounding area for a better idea.
EDIT: Most people like the second one... do you have any suggested improvements for the 2nd one???

The second one is one of those 2 Oh! look, thats why its liked most, mirror effect and grads make it look outstanding... But I like the first one for the simplicity, all it needs is a more vibrant orange to gradient sligthly,,, very lightly... and a lighter shade of grey...

Where are else is this logo going to be used? Because it may need to be resized. With gradients and whatnot, it is really hard to resize down really small as all the detail would be lost. In either case, I would say that first version because of it's simplicity as already suggested, it could do with a lighter shade of grey or even white.

I'm thinking the gradient without the reflection might be nice. The reflection thing is really trendy right now but I don't think it's a good idea for a logo that you'll be using over the long term. If you keep that reflection you will have to change it again in a year or so when that technique goes out of style.

The reflection on the second logo is nice and attracts attention although the first one is very clear on the texts (tagline maybe) below the logo (what you do etc).
Maybe you can mix that together. get that 2nd logo and make the tagline appear like the first one.
That looks good for me.
Hope this helps.

I'm with Megan. Take the second one, but take off the reflection.

Agreed with Tim and Megan, the reflection is really trendy now but will go out of style quite quickly. Also, as Renegade pointed out, number two is not going to resize nicely (if you wanted to make letterheads or business cards). You could use number two for web/high quality print and number one for low-quality print.
Gradients never go out of fashion so am essentially agreed with Megan and Tim. Use the second one without the reflection.
