Photoshop Elements - 99.00

I use the full Photoshop, but did the Elements demo, because I'm always recommending it, and wanted to see what it had.

Almost all of the power of Photoshop. It's not totally as powerful but it pretty damn close!

The problem with MS Paint is that you really need a graphics app that will properly optimize for the web to keep those files sizes down.

This really isn't that bad visually speaking. You've got to work on your proportions a little more but the idea is there.

I second the other reccomendations here about software. I actually got a copy of PHotoshop Elements free with my scanner so they should be pretty easy to come by. You could also look for an older version of photoshop. I believe Elements and LE are pretty much the same as the full version 5.0.
