website design program/editor ?

Hi-

I have a site that was programmed for me in .php and which uses .css for just about every design aspect within the site.

Is there a website editor similar to frontpage that I can get that will allow me to make changes to the design by moving around graphics and resizing boxes (think that is called "normal view" in frontpage).... without having to go line by line in the code and changing things. This has the most complicated .css file I have ever seen.

Can't open the site in frontpage because of the .php extensions... or is there a way to do that?

Any help appreciated. Tks.

I wouldn't touch that site in FrontPage. It would be very likely to screw things up.

I don't know of any editor that can edit CSS in a WYSIWYG mode. You'll have to figure out the CSS if you want to make changes. Dreamweaver might let you do some things but It could also make a mess of it.
