webpage template design companies?

hi All

I have just started up a company and looking for a company , maybe in the south-east which comes
highly recommended for a website template design for my ecommerce shop

Brighton has a few companies who produce whole sites but was wondering if you guys have any
you have worked with around the country who could help me as my graphical skills are ziltch
