Hi there,

I've searches your database - but havn't found an answer:

For PC: What data formats ARE vector formats?

What vector format can I transfer to MS Word for logos etc?

Background: I've designed a new logo and it's vectorbased. What format do I have to save it, that it stays vector for my MS-Templates and Internet?

I appreciate any feedback - Thanks a lot!!

Thanks for your help.

.eps and .wmf are two common vector formats. Your vector program should allow you to export as one of those. .wmf seems to be the best for importing into Word documents (.eps not working that well).

Unfortunately there is no vector format this is supported by browsers at this point in time, so you'll have to convert to a .gif if you want to put it on a web page. Those two formats (eps and wmf) work really well in Flash though.
