texture check - need a few eyes to look at my graphic :)
Hi there, I posted here because I'm not ready for a site review quite yet .
I just looked at my site in progress on my dads computer and the "marbled" texture looked different on the top frame then the side, it should be the same. Looks ok from here and from a screen shot that someone sent me but was REALLY UGLY on my dads computer.
It's going to totally change (layout/logo/TYPOS etc..... so all I'm concearned about now is that texture.
thanks in advance ,

I looked at your site, with my monitor set to 256 colors, and the marble is pixelated. It's hard to design for everyone's monitor. If you want it to look good everywhere, maybe consider a graphic that doesn't use so many colors. Sorry. I run into this on a regular basis.

thank you for looking
I'm still not sure why the top graphic would look different from the side one on my dads computer. I'm just hoping it's his computer/monitor, I haven't looked at it in 256 colors but I can imagine it looks pretty bad that way, I've tried doing everything else so that they look good with only 256 but I really like this texture -- looks just like my kitchen counter lol
thanks again for looking
