Table corners
Hello!!
Please bare with me cos Im a REAL newbie on this, I know approx nothing about code, all of my design experience is from using Dreamweaver MX.
Im wanting to insert a table into a web page with curved corners. Now I know that this is done by inserting four images into each corner of a 3x3 table, but how the hell do you get the four quarter circles?? And the border to go in between each corner?? Im assuming you have to use Fireworks or alternative??? Sorry for being so rubbish, but I'd appreciate any help!!

do you have a graphics program like paint shop pro, photoshop, .... ?
Easiest way is to make a rectangle with rounded corners and cut it up into 9 sections (3x3).
If you let us know what graphics program you have we can point you to some tutorials or maybe someone has one they've written

Thats cool. I'm using photoshop 7.0. Am I right in thinking that you set borders, background colours etc in the graphics prog, chop the image into corresponding segments and then import to Dreamweaver etc...??

Yes! That's right! For a simple rounded corner you can just use the circle marquis tool to make the rounded part (select, then fill), and do the same with the rectangle tool to get the side borders to line up. With a simple design, you can use the same image for all four corners, just rotate it and save again.
