Resizing A Picture
I want to take screen shots on my computer and resize them to make them small.
Which graphic software can make the result after resizing nice, clear and good?

Adobe Photoshop is my favorite, if you have it already. If you don't, then you'll need some $$$. PSP probably also works, but I don't really know 'cause I've never used it.

I use Paint Shop Pro 5, it's not (quite) as good as Adobe Photoshop, but is cheaper. You can easily resize images as a percentage of the original or to certain pixel size, keeping all ratios intact. The results are good, as long as you don't go too small.

..you wont be able to get good results resizing text though. It wont be readable anymore, if you go down too far.
