Who do you consider to be the top-notch web designers working today?
I'm personally a big fan of 37signals. I've never worked with them, but I've long admired their work. (See http://www.37signals.com/work.php )
Anyone else have favorites? It can be a person or a firm, local or global, TWF member or not.
