I like the design, but somehow I don't think using the MSN Messenger icon/logo is particularly smart...for two reasons

#1- Infringement
#2- It's MICROSOFT...do the math

As for site design, it's plain and simple, easy to navigate...maybe make a better banner

It's not bad... a bit cluttered at the bottom but overall pretty clean looking.

This doesn't look too bad at all! The main thing you need to work on is your header. Look for graphic design tutorials. If you haven't already, dive into the help section for your graphic design software. You'll be amazed at what you can do!

The big similes on the right side and in the middle-left are really good. I like the way they've been blown up and overlap each other. The rest is just clutter, so take out the little ones and find a better font to put your title in.

I agree that the site looks ok... My only problem is all the "good" emoticons you have to pay for... And there's no warning that you have to pay for them. You click on them and wham your meant to be phoning some bizarre number... at £1.50 a min! how long am i meant to be on there for? if your gonna charge people u need to give em an idea of how much its gonna cost...

Why is nothing free anymore? Sad

Hi Johnz,

One thing I would do personally is center your content in the emoticons pages. Everything is cluttered against the left hand navbar leaving blank space on the right hand side. I'm not saying center every sentence, (you'll still want your list of installation instructions the way they are) Instead center that entire section so it gives the appearance of a "cleaner" layout. Also, you have a table with cells and borders that you place your emoticons in. I would center this table as well and maybe have a space below it instead of having your banner (myemoticons2.gif) directly underneath it. Overall it's not a bad first site!

Good luck,

Mark

I think it looks okay. Really like the flash components and animations. Well done!
