Playlist Error!!

Hi All, I am trying to stream an mp3 file from my website. After creating the .m3u file and linking to it, it opens up media play but then gives me the error: "Unable to initialze file". Does anyone know how to fix this? its linking to the right mp3 and all.. i dotn kwno what to do...PLEASE HELP!...
