Placing Mac graphic files to IBM

Hi

I have been receiving files from a Mac computer saved as Tiffs or jpgs and bmps, and have had no luck in opening or placing these in photoshop, paint, corelpaint, image editor etc. The files were saved through photoshop Mac. The error message is "cannot open file as do not recognise file format".

Can someone please help here.

Hmm... I think that when you're using a mac it doesn't require an extention. Make sure when you're saving as a tiff/jpeg you save it as "image.jpg" and not just as "image". See if that works for you. Good luck!
