Ouch! Yeah, that's a problem. What's the colour scheme for the site this is attached to? When I go there I just get a grey background with a logo header dealy. Anything design desicions for your forms should relate to the main site's design.

What you should do here is just pick three colours - grey is usually a good complement for forums if you need another one, like we've done here at TWF. Looks like you've got blue and green in the logo there.

Keep your background colour white. Also get rid of that narrow border around the outside edge. Make the main forum headers on a blue (#000066 maybe) background. Use green (#339966 maybe) for the secondary headers. Do all the other forum sections in shades of grey.

I don't know exactly how well this will work - it's hard to tell without seeing it but definitely reduce the number of colours on there. Even changing that right side bright green to something more fitting with the rest of the scheme would be an improvement.

Definitely do the main sections of the forums the same as you've done with the greys in the body area of the site design. Grab a green and a blue from your navigation and header graphic respectively for the forum headers.

By headers I meant the Forum | TOpics | Posts etc. line at the top and the "CM Director", "CM Sections" etc. header lines.

This looks much better.
