The only book I could recommend is Photoshop 5 for Dummies. They had it at the library one day and I checked it out. Most of the Photoshop I've learned has been from online tutorials and trial and error.

I agree... the photoshop books in the "WOW!" series are very good. Those are the ones I would recommend.
