nice refresh...
I have a rather large page, because I haven't framed off all the content yet. I don't know if this is the cause or not, but I added links on the page to other parts of the SAME page, NOT the site. After I did this, every time I refresh it, the page loads all the way at the bottom. Has anyone ever run into this before??? I would list the code, but I haven't cleaned it up yet.

I think I understand what you mean... You linked in such a way that and then inserted where you wanted the link to point to.
Then, when you click that link, and reload the page it reloads in the spot where you were. The reason for this is that if you look in the location bar, you should see yourpage.html#something. When this is in the location bar, it _should_ reload at the spot where the "something" anchor is present.
If that isn't the problem, if the #something isn't in the anchor bar... That still happens occasionally, depending on the browser. It will happen on every web site that you visit, though, and not just yours. For example, using Netscape I just scrolled to the bottom of yahoo.com, and pressed reload. I was still at the bottom. Same thing with IE.
In other words, there isn't really anything wrong with your web site- it's just the way that browsers are built. I hope this helps!

Yeah, that describes it, I think. I think I had put in the last blah blah in, and the corresponding HREF. Then I saved the HTML file to make the changes take effect and when I reloaded, I'm all the way down where the "[email protected]" is at. I thought it a little wierd, cause it had always reloaded at the top of the page. My first thought was, "Great, this'll make a nice entry for visitors"
It's a pretty primitive looking layout. I cannot visualize a concept to save my life. I'll be asking for a critique when I can figure out what the file structure needs to be at virtualave.net. It's been too long since I've FTPed anything.
Thanks,
