I have recently found a promising web designer to create a template for my game.
http://www.designalpha.com/
I get very friendly customer service and I get to see the template as its being developed so I can give him pointers in the design process.
P.S. If you use the service please tell them i recommending you Smiling Oh and if you use their webhoting just ask me for the refer link

Here is what we have so far.....

Now this layout is ment for my game (Forgotten Creatures). The game has a fantasy/medevial genre (a bit like Lord of the Rings). How do you like it? He is still adding touch ups, nav/divider bars, and making it slightly cleaner. (And whatever alse i ask him to do)

So beat htis layout up! Tell me whats wrong or what you would like to see added.

Thanks ahead of time.

A new MMORPG is on the way!

well, well, well... it looks nice, indeed. Seems like he may have gotten a little inspiration from the Warcraft III website? heh, I can't really critique it tho. I'm just a code monkey. I don't invest my time in pretty stuff Sticking out tongue I also ask others to do that for me

Cold.....so..cold!!!

I'm not a lover of dark colour schemes and this is no exception, so first impressions aren't good but the more I look at it the more I'm wondering what the finished product will look like.

As all we have to work with here is one .bmp file it is very hard to form an opinion. My advice: Come back when you have something a little more substantial - then we can test it on different browsers/platforms, validate the code etc.

I sliced it and put into action...how is it?

So far I think it looks nice (Reference to the 'sliced' version). My suggestions/opinions so far:

- The logo is the wrong colour. It should be similar to the colour and texturization of the buttons.

- I think the navigation would look cleaner if it was seamless.

- I would reduce the topmargin to zero. That way the logo/character layer would sortof "attach" to the top instead of looking so cut off.

That's about it for now. As always, this is just my opinion. What you decide is entirely up to you.
