Yes, I mean jewel cases, labels, sleeves, etc. in large quantity breaks .. wholesale. Thanks for the box URL, I'll check it out. Unfortunately, I don't live near a large metro area

What do you mean by CD packaging supplies? Jewel cases? CD labels?
As far as shipping supplies, if you live in a major metropolitan area, look in the yellow pages for box manufacturers. You can usually pick up some bulk shipping supplies there for a fraction of what it might cost at Office Depot or Staples. If you don't live in a major metro area, do a search for box manufacturers or you can check out http://uline.com

I'm not totally sure, but maybe iPrint.com would be able to do something like that... In any event, you would probably have to find some sort of print shop.
