Need help making entire screen fill with Water
I dont know what software I need, I do have macromedia dreamweaver, flash8, Contribute and fireworks.
When a user enters my address, I want the page to appear to fill with water. If this is not possible, I would like a page similar to questarpools.com

That's a Flash site. Beyond that, I can't help. Flashblock does a great job of preventing me wasting my time...

Yes - and no. YouTube is a flash site that I visit often. And some "pure Flash" sites are lovely - if someone recommends one to me.
But it's not really about my preferences. It's about most Flash sites being inaccessible to a large group of visitors - including search engines. It takes a lot of work to overcome those limitations - time usually better spent writing useful content, IMHO.
See this article for a possible work around for your Flash site:
Nine Accessible Steps To Search Engine Optimisation.

By using Flash 8, Flash CS3 or Flash CS4 and selecting rain drop water effect you will get for what what you are looking. It's very easy to import your existing image into a Flash movie clip and then apply this component using the Flash Timeline or ActionScript. Simply use the rain drop water effect with PC or Mac to create an .swf file which can be instantly used on your website.

The questarpools.com is interesting site. We liked it, but don't you think it is a little heavy site and it is not practical to have such sites if you want to have big traffic.
