My first instinct was Logo 1 - the text conveys more information (because it is not clear here that Logo 2 has white text).
Viewing the web page I see you already have that info in the header, so I checked out Logo 2
However on that link I see it with nearly unreadable white text, and with poorly registrated transparency, the edges are not clean.
I would definitely go with Logo 1
I'm not a graphics guru perhaps someone else can advise you how to clean the edges. One technique I have used is making the image bg the color of the bg I am using the image in, then set transparency or just use it without transparency.
Looking more at the site (ok, I understand they are Chinese, but I would offer to edit their copy some) I see a third logo at http://www.001y.com/
You are going through great effort to associate the company with the domain "001y" but there really isn't anything memorable about that domain name, particularly that makes me think of paper packaging. Even "001p" would make me think of "paper" or "packing" with enough reinforcement.
Come to think of it, "Paper Packing" is not "Paper Packaging" - oh well, we work with what we have sometimes, right?

I would say that number 1 is on the right track but the quality that the image was saved at is very poor and the text may need to be spread a bit wider if your using photoshop try to set it to sharp or crisp on your text setting.

As a logo designer, without editing I would pick #1, but then I would definitely think you need to redesign the whole thing...

These really aren't different at all - it's just the background colour that has changed.
To be honest, this isn't a super great logo but that might be okay if you're going for a low cost look. Emphasizing the domain name is important for this site but I don't really like the choice of font there. I also agree with decibel.places about using that domain name. It looks like you had the domain name and then added the business later rather than choosing a name that suits the business.
The C 1 part on the left is confusing to me. I don't understand how that relates to the company. I guess it has to do with "new century" but it's not directly obvious.
