IMO you should keep away from the square look, mobiles are curvy/rounded so a boxed layout doesn't relate to well. Even just rounded corners could do wonders.

An idea, I know most mobiles don't have aerials these days, but what about a smaller 'free' with the number '4' dressed up like a cell phone (with aerial) and the my mobile following it.

can't do it on here, but could be layed out like

Use the pen tool. It's good to get familiar with that tool.

Uhmm...why are you trying to "make the logo fit the design"!?!? Your logo is everything your company/service is. Your logo should be everywhere you talk about your service...business cards, brochures, wherever. What I'm getting at is that you're starting in the wrong place. Build a brand then add it's components. Build the logo and what your service will be then build the site. Not the other way around...this is probably why you're having trouble coming up with a unique design--you don't have any brand to take visual cues from

I agree with some of the comments above.
A logo should reflect your company and all that it is about.
Likewise a website should also reflect your company and all that is about.

The boxy website is clean and good looking but does it best represent what you want the website to be about?

First come up with a logo, the moderator, busy had a good idea. Then go from there.
