Hi. Overall it looks pretty good. I have a couple of suggestions, though:
1. It takes a REALLY long time to load... Over 45 seconds!

2. The text seems kind of rough around the edges

A few points from a marketing point of view:
- no clear message
- takes to long to cycle
- no incentive to click
- drab colours
- nothing to capture users attention

Looks pretty good, but as was said before it is rather large for a banner. I struggle with this all the time when creating images for the web. Your banner is over 100k in size and you should generaly try and keep banners under 15k if at all possible. You can see some examples of banners I have created at my site.

Here I go again...
(just repeating)

- TOO big. (keep it under 15K better 10K)
- too long. (keep it under 7secs better 5secs)
- the text looks "rough"
- the message is "confusing"
- the colors don't complement
- the switch ("need to ..." -> "customize") is to "hard"
- too many different fonts

- the feeling just isn't right.

- ctr --> 1000:1^(or better 'cause people want to know who's so stupid ?! Wink )

ciao
